The Danish-bred silver medal mare Lyngbjergs St. Paris by Blue Hors St. Schufro / Blue Hors Rockefeller (breeder: Bente Børjesson) achieved a provisional 1st place in the 5-year-old qualification at the Young Horse World Championships in Ermelo, Holland with her Danish rider Victoria Elisabeth Vallentin.

The pair scored 9.2 for trot, 9.3 for canter, 7.8 for walk, 9.0 for rideability and 8.8 for capacity, giving an overall score of 8.82 – and a position ahead of the qualifier!

With today’s highest rideability score, achieved after a beautiful, confident and harmonious ride in the pouring Dutch rain, there was no doubt about the sky-high quality to be found in the pairing of Victoria and St. Paris. This was also proved by the mare’s enormous potential and rideability during the Danish Warmblood Young Horse Championship, where the beautiful St. Schufro-daughter was the ultimate winner of the test rider’s part and achieved a fine overall 2nd place.

Blue Hors Santiano

Also pur popular breeding stallion Blue Hors Santiano (by Sezuan / Blue Hors Romanov, breeder: Straight Horse v/Eva Götzsche & Mogens Pedersen) was competing in the five-year-old’s level. Here, the stallion rode as the fourth and last Danish horse with its rider, the Dutch rider Renate van Uytert, where the pair finished 19th out of 43 combinations with a 8.1 for trot and canter, 7.7 for walk and rideability and 8.0 for capacity.
